The rules name a daily bonus as one way to collect Sweeps Coins (SC) without paying, but neither the rules nor the Help Center give the amount, and the same goes for the welcome bonus. The one free route with a published number is the mail-in request.
The mail-in request

The stamp math. Mahwah is in New Jersey, so a US letter stamp ($0.82 since July 12, 2026) covers it. At 3 SC a request, the 50 SC gift card minimum takes 17 requests, about $13.94 in stamps. The 100 SC cash minimum takes 34, about $27.88. Those totals ignore wins and losses. Our mail-in comparison shows the same count for 16 other casinos.
Redeeming at High 5 Casino
- Use each coin once. Sweeps Coins have to be played at least once in a Sweeps Coins game before they're eligible.
- Clear verification. High 5 asks for more than most: a government photo ID, a biometric facial scan, proof of address and validation of your Social Security number. Do it early, because the checks can add to the wait.
- Choose how to get paid.
- Prizeout gift card: from 50 SC, up to $250 per card. Usually instant to a few hours after approval.
- Trustly bank transfer: cash from 100 SC, 3 to 5 business days after approval.
- Skrill: cash from 100 SC, 1 to 2 business days, but only if you've bought with Skrill on High 5 before.

Timing and limits
High 5 allows up to 10 days to process a redemption, before the payment method's own time. You can make only one redemption request in any 48-hour period, so don't split a balance into several small requests. In Florida, a prize is capped at $5,000 per sweepstakes entry period. High 5's Sweepstakes Rules exclude Sweeps Coins play in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. That is the longest list among the 17 casinos in our rules comparison.
Two details from the documents: the Help Center's own restrictions page lists 20 of these and leaves out Maryland, so we follow the rules. And in Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan and Washington even the free-to-play Classic mode is restricted.
