Terms of Service Effective date: 22 September 2026 These Terms govern your use of ReloadRush (reloadrush.com) ("ReloadRush", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. 1. Who can use ReloadRush You must be at least 18 years old. You may hold only ONE account per person, household, device and IP address. Accounts are personal and can't be sold or transferred. 2. How earning works ReloadRush shows offers (games, apps, surveys, sign-ups) supplied by third-party advertisers and offer networks. You earn a reward when the advertiser confirms you completed the offer exactly as described. We don't control advertisers, and we can't credit an offer they don't confirm. Reward amounts shown can change at any time. 3. Pending earnings, reversals & chargebacks New earnings stay pending for 7 days before they can be cashed out. If an advertiser reverses or charges back a completion, for example because of fraud or cancellation, we remove the matching reward from your balance, even if it already became available. 4. Cash outs The minimum cash out is $5.00. Payouts are sent in cryptocurrency (such as LTC or USDT) to the wallet address you provide. You are responsible for entering a correct address; payouts sent to a wrong address can't be recovered. We may ask you to verify your email or identity (KYC) before paying out. Network fees may apply. 5. Referrals You can earn a referral bonus when someone you invite signs up with your link and completes their first qualifying offer. Self-referrals, fake accounts and paid or spammed referral traffic are not allowed, and referral bonuses from them will be removed. 6. Prohibited activity You may not: use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots or scripts; create multiple accounts; give false information to advertisers; use another person's details; or abuse bugs or the referral program. We may investigate suspicious activity. 7. Suspension & termination We may suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is involved in fraud. Balances from fraudulent or prohibited activity are forfeited. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. 8. No affiliation ReloadRush is an independent rewards site. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sweepstakes casino, social casino, online casino or game operator. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners. ReloadRush does not offer gambling and does not sell coins or game credits. 9. Taxes You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. 10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability The site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that offers will always be available, that any offer will credit, or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the confirmed, available balance in your account. 11. Changes We may update these Terms.
